Optical Bench Simple – Physics Optical Equipment

It is made from seasoned wood , well-polished one meter long and provided with six wooden riders. The optical bench is commonly used in physics labs today, and consists of a long, rigid member with a linear scale applied to it. Holders for light sources, lenses and screens are placed on the apparatus so that image formation can be observed. 

Comprising a long wooden baseboard about 14 cm wide, with a scale graduated in millimeters. Also included are six riders mounted on free sliding bases, with index marks on one side of the base, for mounting accessories, with heights of the accessories adjustable. Supplied complete with following accessories. · Lamp house with a 240 V, 15 W lamp 1 Nos, · Object screen of 75 mm diameter with wire gauze at the center 1 Nos, · Holder for lenses 38 mm diameter 1 Nos, · White metal receiving screen 100 x 75 mm with a slot for square cardboard screen on the reverse 1 Nos, Object needle 1 Nos, Plane mirror mounted in a frame 100 x 75 mm.
