Muffle Furnace (18” x 9” x 9”) – Scientific Laboratory Equipment

Outer shell made out of thick mild steel duly finished in attractive stoaving enamel/powder coated paint. Fitted with grooved refractory for supporting the heating elements made out of wire and are easily replaceable. Maximum temp. 1000^oC and working temp. 900^o C controlled by SUNVIC energy regulator. Complete with indicators, pyrometer, thermocouple, thermal fuse etc. workable on 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase.

 These laboratory muffle furnace units are utilized in general purpose heating in laboratories, ashing tests on wool, rubber, fibers or fabrics, heat treatment requirements for gears and various research facilities in chemistry and physics.

Horizontal Rectangular lightweight construction inner muffle with high temperature insulating material.

Choice of temperature  800 degrees to 1800 degree C.

Temperature control by digital temperature indicators cum controller with chromel/ alumel /thermocouple.
