Description:

The rotap sieve shaker reproduces the circular and tapping motion given to test sieves in hand sieving. The uniform, mechanical action ensures accurate and dependable test. Using the regular height 20-cm diameter sieves, one sample can be tested on a series of six sieves of different openings, all with one operation of machine. The Rotap Sieve Shaker is simple and durably constructed and is run by a FHP motor. The machine is easily installed.

• Rotap Sieve Shaker is driven by ¼ H.P.
• Electricx motor through a reduction gear, can carry up to SIX , 6 OR 8 /12 /18 Test Sieves with one set of LID AND Pan .
• This Rotap motion of the table is an upward and downward movement but is inclined from the vertical axis and the direction or inclination charges progressively in clockwise direction having frequency of about 270 vibration per minutes.
• Unit having six Stainless Steel needles fixed on Stainless Steel pipe of approx 12.5 mm dia with side water tap. Tank made of Stainless Steel. (with timer/without timer).
