Description:

The unit consists of a Submersible pump provided with constant speed motor. The pump will be provided with a pressure gauge on discharge side pipe. The pump will be submerged in water to about 1.5 to 2 feet so as to cover the suction side. A gate valve is provided at the discharge which facilitates estimation of pump performance at various discharge heads. Power input to motor is measure with energy meter.

• Submersible Pump 16 stage, 100 mm size inlet & 32 mm outlet, 0.75 Hp. Weight about 30 to 35 Kg.
• Sump tank.
• Measuring Tank.
• Energy meter for motor input measurement.
• Pressure gauge for measurement of head.
• Stop watch.
• The assembly of pump & control are mounted on the sump tank.

• Floor space of 3 m. X 3 m.
• Tachometer for speed measurement can be supplied.
• 230 V, 15 A, A. C. supply with earthing connection.
